These terms apply when you take a fiber connection from Duara Internet Solutions, trading as Duara Fiber.

Service

We provide internet over fiber in our covered areas. Speeds are up to the plan limit. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise it will never go down.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Installation is free on the plans marked as such. Unpaid accounts may be suspended until payment is made.

Fair use

Our home and business plans are unlimited. We ask that you do not resell the connection or use it in a way that harms the network or other customers.

Equipment

Routers and fiber equipment we install remain ours unless stated otherwise, and should be returned if you end the service.
